I created a Pictionary-type game for my staff centered around our Hemisflavors program, where we feature a different country each week. During our preservice meeting, we bring a dry-erase board and have team members draw the three menu items that are featured that day. The team members have a lot of fun, all while learning the Hemisflavors.
