After the renovation of our new café and dining area, we offered a 20% discount coupon in order to jump-start our surrounding community to come in and dine with us. We posted a short video on our Facebook page, offered the coupon at our Healthy Chef talks within the community as well as utilizing our Neighborhood Watch program to hand them out.

My favorite event—because I’m kind of dorky—is our “May the fourth be with you” (aka “Star Wars”) day on May 4. The whole dining team dresses up, and we offer things like Chewbaklava, Boba Fettuccine and BB-8 Buckeyes. We had a guest cry because they got to take a picture with Chewy.
