Every week we ask our employees to gather examples of hospitality from outside our industry. We ask them, “How does that make you feel? What are you thinking about? What are our students thinking about? What should we be prepared to do?” We get them to think that way in their everyday experiences, and it helps to re-energize and refocus them.
