The Metz employee wellness program includes an incentive of $75 to each employee who completes a health assessment and two phone calls with a health coach. In addition, newsletters and emails highlighting health topics and tips are distributed on a monthly basis, and the Blue Health Solutions weight loss challenge is promoted as well. More than 50 percent of Metz employees took part in 2013.
