Several of our units host potluck meals where employees bring a favorite dish from home to share with co-workers. We presented a modified version on a department level at the 2009 Campus Dining Services Fun Day when each operation brought its specialty to the luncheon. Everyone got to try the other units’ products, which they do not often get to do.
