We held a ‘Pancakes in the P.M.’ breakfast as a customer appreciation event. After our regular dinner hours, we offered a complimentary pancake breakfast. This included typical breakfast favorites: pancakes, eggs and sausage. To keep it manageable, our advertising began a few days before and did not specify that the breakfast would be free. It was a very nice thank you.
