We had a Super Bowl of Pizza event as a way to bring attention to healthy eating. Students were asked to submit a recipe using whole-wheat pizza dough, commodity cheese and pizza sauce. Five finalists were each given a “game day” during which they came into the kitchen to make their pizza. Students voted on their favorite, which was a play off four-cheese pizza.
