School nutrition has three shareholders: students, teachers/staff and parents. The first two are easier to reach. To get vital feedback from my parents I started a monthly nutrition coffee modeled after what a principal does. All parents are invited and I vary the location to reach more parents. Attendance is growing and I’ve gotten great suggestions and data for my program.
