During finals week, our dining halls are open late so students can come in to study, and we have coffee and hot chocolate for them. One of our professors thought it would be fun to pass out muffin tops during the study hall. We agreed and began to produce them out of our bakery. Now we generally hand out upwards of 400 muffins to those who come in.
