We needed to utilize technology better so we started a Twitter page where we post what the day’s menu offerings will be. We knew a lot of our parents, students and faculty were using social networking and we thought this would be a good way to reach customers directly. Through Twitter, we can reach customers to inform them about nutritious school meals.
