Realizing there’s no better training than one’s peers, I developed a mangers’ inservice panel. Fifteen managers who consistently managed their operations in the black, increased participation and motivated their employees to work as a team shared their practices with others. Some topics shared were using leftovers creatively, time management and student specials.
