We offer a mac and cheese station that has different sauces, pastas and proteins to choose from as well as an assortment of vegetables. Sauces include fontina truffle, aged cheddar or gruyere walnut with sage. Proteins include chicken, chorizo, shrimp, braised short ribs, etc. It is extremely popular, as comfort foods are “in” right now, especially in the New York area.
