At our 1,000-student high school, one of the four lines was not being used and the other three lines only offered the one main entrée. I took the un-used line and turned it into a deli/wrap/salad line. I also took one of the three main lines and changed it to a reimbursable pizza lunch. My lunch count has increased by 100 meals a day since the changes.
