We’re partnering with the local circus in town, and planning a contest for our schools to apply in a raffle to have the Fern Street Circus perform at a general assembly. Two of our nutrition people will be doing a nutritional piece and performers will be juggling fruits and vegetables, like stalks of celery, oranges or bananas. It will be nutritional education in a circus atmosphere to get kids more interested in eating fruits and vegetables.
