We used to do an international day where students would bring in food from home, or food from the community was brought in and served. Because of new nutrition policies, we can no longer do that. Instead, we now rework some of our dishes to make them into an international dish. For instance, we’ll use our chicken tenders to make an orange chicken and serve that with chopsticks and fortune cookies.
