We do a program called the Single Kernel Award. The program came about as part of our sustainability efforts. As we developed our policy, I read a lot of statements by Brigham Young, our founder, and he talked about not wasting even a single kernel. We award employees who come up with a new idea that helps promote the concept of using everything wisely.
