Our catering department hosts the Cook’s Holiday buffet, a two-day holiday feast to showcase their catering skills. Many of our campus staff come and dine with us one of the two days. Many of the departments use this event as their Christmas party. The original idea was to take advantage of a slow period after the students left and to showcase our catering.
