Our chefs and nutritionists put together a simple healthy cooking program to help people understand that cooking healthy foods doesn’t have to be less flavorful. We had a huge response so we decided to offer the classes more often this year. The chefs are on a stage and they run through the product and we put it on the big screens. There is a tasting at the end.
