We host a fall harvest dinner that features products from local, regional, and New York State farmers and merchants. Prior to the dinner, we held an informational session. The dinner consisted of seven stations, which included items like butternut squash soup, barbecued short rib pizza, local hamburgers and slow-roasted applewood-smoked prime ribs.
