We’ve had a lot of concerns about spreading pathogens with self-service. One of those self-service items is flatware. We’ve had lots of customer comments about this; they don’t want somebody touching the fork they’re going to eat with. We are in the process of going to the single-serve dispensers so that only you touches your fork or spoon.
