We invited families from four ethnic groups to tour our nutrition center. We have between 100 and 150 people per session. We give them school lunch for dinner and provide a nutrition education session. After going on the tour the parents had a different view of the program. They could taste and see the food and they saw the kitchen wasn’t dirty.
