Have a contest where employees submit ideas on how to generate revenue. From the submissions, pick the best one and have the person who submitted the idea do your job for one day. During that day, have the person implement his idea. If the person is not able to complete his idea, he must pick another employee to finish the idea. It’s almost like Foodservice Idol.
