We hold a food show. We invited 225 students and 28 vendors showcased new items. We had low lunch participation in our high schools and we realized we had to get our customers’ input. We found out that they did not like the choices and that pizza was the safest bet, so it was the most popular. We will add 35 new menu items that students selected at the food show.
