We held a screening of the food-industry exposé Food, Inc., and held a question-and-answer session afterwards with Gary Hirshberg, head of organic yogurt producer Stonyfield Farm, which is featured in the film and provides yogurt for us. Students asked questions about our sustainability practices and how it relates to what they learned about in the film.
