We did a week that featured menus served aboard the Titanic. We decided to serve a meal where the menu was the same as the menu served in first class on the night of the sinking. Students had to sign up for the served meal and were encouraged to dress appropriately. For the rest of the students, we offered entrées that were served in the second-class cabin.
