We have digital menu boards in our retail services that are changed daily. A couple of months ago we started to incorporate pictures of different employees onto the board. We capture a group or an action shot on a daily basis and rotate those on the menu board the following day. Our employees love being showcased on our menu boards, and this has been a huge catalyst for employee morale.
