We hold a Premium Entrée Dinner every Saturday night. The special entrée for this dinner is either charbroiled strip steak, fried or boiled shrimp or barbecued baby back ribs. The goal is to create excitement for the weekend menus and provide customers a place to dine on Saturday night where our menu would mirror the menu they might choose if they dined off campus.
