Once a month we do a program called Eat & Learn, where we invite hospital employees to a luncheon where we discuss different health topics, such as men’s health, heart health and how to convert recipes to low fat. We wanted to bring nutrition to the forefront all across the hospital and not just in the café. We survey the employees to find out what topics they would like to discuss.
