We realize that times are tough and we are trying to make dining more affordable for hospital employees and visitors. So we introduced a dollar menu with items for breakfast, lunch or a quick snack. We have items like French toast sticks, popcorn chicken and deep-fried mac & cheese bites. Our sales increased dramatically when we began visually displaying the dollar menu.
