We recently began using a delivery bicycle instead of utility carts and other vehicles to deliver pizzas from one of our cafés. The bicycle is designed like a standard bike with a large box mounted on the front for transporting up to 20 pizzas. It reduces the liability associated with those vehicles, as well as injuries, and it also works into our sustainability goals.
