Deadliest Catch

We did a theme dinner based off the TV show “The Deadliest Catch.” We served lobster provençal, crab legs, crab cakes, fire-roasted salmon, clam chowder, shrimp and calamari. The residents really enjoyed it, and we explained the regions the seafood came from and the different preparation methods we used.
