Day ‘O Bacon

We often get requests to have more bacon on the menu. So we created a Day of Bacon on the last Tuesday of every month. On our first Day of Bacon we increased lunch and dinner participation by 10%. We offered items such as chipotle maple bacon-wrapped chicken, Honolulu grilled pineapple bacon pizza and, for the more adventurous, chocolate-covered bacon and bacon brownies.
