The school is part of the Green Cup Challenge, which helps schools reduce their environmental footprint. In dining services we started Dinner in the Dark every Wednesday. We only have one set of lights on and we cook everything at lunch so that all the equipment can be turned off at 3. We try to buy as much local as we can to reduce the carbon footprint.
