I expanded our one-week patient menu to a nine-day cycle. There is no more meatloaf Mondays. Most people only stay for a short amount of time, but people in our rehab and long-term care are here longer. The nine-day cycle menu gives the illusion of more choices and it makes the short repeat less noticeable.
