We started a Crusader Cuisine program. For $45, participants [currently only faculty and staff] go to the catering kitchen, where they cook and learn tricks from our chefs. They take two meals home with them that will feed a family of six. It’s about cooking and bringing meals home for their families, but it’s also a social time for them. We plan to offer it to students in the fall.
