Credit for guest trays

We have increased revenue from guest trays to nearly $11,000 a month since we set up a system to allow patients and their visitors to buy trays using a credit card. We installed a cash register in our call center and set up a very strict procedure of shredding credit card numbers after the transaction is approved. Previous to this, customers had to purchase a voucher from the cafeteria and give it to the nursing station.
