We partnered with the Arboretum to host a “come and get it” compost sale, where we sold compost made from pre-consumer waste from the dining halls. We collect and donate about 4,500 pounds of waste per week, which is sent to the Arboretum rather than the landfill. Once the compost was sold, the Arboretum staff helped load it with a tractor.
