One way we introduced sweet potato fries to the students was to include them in a themed Orange and White Day, which we do quite often during football season. The University of Tennessee’s colors are orange and white. The students tried the sweet potato fries alongside the regular fries, which are now baked. The theme helped introduce sweet potato fries.
