We held a Chocolate 101 class, where we let students create their own desserts by working with our pastry chef Simon. He teaches students how to bake by using chocolate in a three-hour hands-on session in the UMass bakeshop. All classes were filled within seven days. This is a great way to create value and excitement for students on the meal plan.
