We have a summer chef series where we invite local restaurant chefs to cook and serve in the café. The chefs walk away with some recognition for their restaurants, and my staff gets to work with the chef for the day. We also gain the ability to recreate the entrées. We did a spa cuisine with the chef from the Cranwell Resort. We buy all local produce for the event.
