In an effort to get more community involvement in our program, we started the Chef and Child Program based on the American Culinary Federation’s program. We have gone into more than 40 elementary schools to teach them about healthy eating and how to prepare dishes. We also host tune-up competitions for the high school students before they go to national competitions. The kids love to hear the feedback about their dishes.
