We had a small area that sold self-serve yogurt. Sales were great for the first year and then began to slide as most self-serve yogurt shops have done this past year or so. We worked with US Foods to open its Metro Deli concept. There are a large number of deli meats that we slice fresh daily. We also developed our own signature fresh-fried potato chips. This made-to-order deli sandwich area has tripled sales.
