Every quarter each school invites a “celebrity”—a school administrator, police officer, firefighter, high school athlete, restaurant chef or a high-profile community member—to serve lunch. We advertise the day and hang posters that keep kids guessing who the celebrity may be. This has generated a lot of excitement for the students and great PR in the community.
