We offered a cake decorating class for our customers as part of our ongoing culinary series. Participants had the opportunity to learn cake-decorating tips from Hearst’s executive pastry chef, who offered instruction in creating their own cakes. At the end of this evening, each guest took home a gift bag with tools of the trade and decorating tips to try at home.
