We have café culture theme days. We invite people to come to the kitchen to help us prepare foods they make at home. We did a Taste of Scotland day when a Scottish woman came in and cooked some of her family’s recipes. We’ve also done a Flavors of Haiti. This provides people an opportunity to try some food items that they have not had a chance to eat.
