We hosted a Spotlight on Broadway dinner where we are prepared menu items from recipes we got from well-known New York City restaurants. We served seared sea scallops from Union Square Café, a cream of cauliflower soup from Daniel and bacon and sesame coated turnips from Blue Hill. We also got some community theater troupes to perform vignettes from Broadway shows such as Wicked, Hairspray and Chicago.
