We reconfigured our annual crab bake into an Oceanfest event that took place inside, away from the unpredictable weather. We served items such as lobster macaroni and cheese and Old Bay steamed shrimp. With the help of the students, the ballroom was transformed into a beach/boardwalk theme complete with salt-water taffy.
