We started a nutrition blog called Healthier Hokie on our Web site to inform students about healthy options on campus. It was a way for us to update students regularly and a way for them to ask questions about nutrition. We are also posting recipes on the blog, which includes a rough estimate on how much it would cost to make the recipe at home.
