We’ve found tremendous success hosting beverage bars. We’ve offered several build-to-order options that support special events or stand alone. We have a bartender mixing nonalcoholic concoctions. We sold 400 mock hurricanes during a Creole event. We’ve also done an iced tea bar and a cider bar. The food cost is low, and the staff really loves them.
