We do an eggs Benedict station. We provide English muffins, croissants or biscuits that the guest chooses and then offer hot sausage patties, bacon and ham. In addition there is hot spinach and broccoli, cheese sauce and hollandaise. An attendant grills the bread and cooks a fried egg as ordered. The guest then adds the meat or vegetable selection and tops with sauce.
